Lauren Cannon

Lauren is an award-winning poet, playwright, screenwriter and author who was raised by artists on Philadelphia’s Main Line. After twelve years of Catholic school she attended Bryn Mawr College, she spent three confusing years working in finance before running away to Los Angeles to get her MFA in screenwriting from USC. She writes about smart ladies who make dumb choices, sex, death and whatever comes after. She lives in Santa Monica with her husband and two kids and when she can, still takes ballet because some people just don’t know when to quit.
