Lauren is an award-winning writer who was raised by artists on Philadelphia’s Main Line. After twelve years of Catholic school she attended Bryn Mawr College then spent three confusing years working in finance before running away to Los Angeles to get her MFA in screenwriting from USC. From graduation through the pandemic, she worked in advertising for a boutique commercial production company. Since then she’s been working from home, writing about smart ladies who make dumb choices, sex, death and whatever comes after. She lives in Santa Monica with her husband and two kids and still takes ballet classes because some people just don’t know when to quit.
